Meeting Minutes

A Morningside community-wide meeting of the HOA was held on Sunday, November 15, in the Morningside Way Culdesac.
Phillip Blume welcome the community members and started the meeting at 4:05 p.m.
Detailed minutes were not kept as the meeting closely followed the agenda – included below.

No significant issues were raised during the meeting that were not on the agenda.  The one item that was brought up related to need for privacy screening at the front of the neighborhood along Hodge’s Mill.  Ben Whipple responded that the board was aware of the topic and that it is a current action item for the board.  Several suggestions on how to spend down some of the budget surplus were given to committee members after the meeting.  Those will be discussed at the next board meeting.
