Meeting Minutes
Ben Whipple called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
In attendance: Ben Whipple, Benny Nixon, Matt Huff, Andrew Johnson, Jeff Miller, and Phillip Blume.
Approval of minutes: Andrew motioned, Matt seconded, minutes were unanimously approved.
Discussion on Action Items
- Outstanding items from prior meeting
- Landscaping / trees at front
- Andrew getting updated quotes for landscaping within next 2 weeks.
- Landscaping / trees at front
- Spraying for fire ants
- Andrew will get quote.
- Health of trees up front
- Benny to contact Extension Service.
- Front entrance signs
- Benny to get quote.
- Tax info
- Ben will follow up with accountant used before.
- Website updates
- Jeff to check on sign-up’s. Andrew said some attachments are not opening. Jeff to confirm/correct.
- Neighborhood notifications
- Ben will make note cards for board to have filled out while canvassing to announce there will be no 2021 dues, disseminate the budget, and collect email addresses Houses assigned by plat map (also given out by Ben).
- By 2/5, Matt will send Benny all invoices to be printed.
- By 2/14, canvassing should be completed and note cards placed back in Ben’s mailbox.
The next meeting was not scheduled at this time due to sustained diligence of this board. It will probably be a mid-March meeting and Ben will send invites for the board to vote between a few options.
At 7:59 pm, Matt motioned, Andrew seconded, and unanimous approval to adjourn the meeting.
